We are currently looking to hire a senior Consulting Sales Executive for Oracle Consulting Sauidi, to cover a specific set of accounts and solution lines.


  • Working closely with Consulting and Sales Management in order to identify, qualify and maximize the consulting opportunities for both Oracle Applications and Technology within existing or new accounts (services for SaaS & PaaS).
  • Identifying the appropriate Oracle Consulting Value Proposition and interpret it to the prospective client.
  • Managing prospects and clients relationships.
  • Generating proposals either as part of a license lead opportunity or for consulting services.
  • Acting as an ambassador for Oracle Consulting in new clients.
  • Generating, communicating and delivering an Account Plan for each account.
  • Managing the bid process for consulting according to Oracle business processes and procedures.
  • Accurately forecasting against plans and targets.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key decision makers in the designated and new accounts.
  • Monitoring the delivery of consulting business once won to ensure margins are maintained and clients remain satisfied.
  • Acting as a point of escalation and resolutions for unresolved client issues.
  • Pro-actively updating industry and product knowledge.
  • Contributing to the development of Oracle Value Propositions for the industry.
  • Working with designated partner organizations on specific opportunities.
  • Requirements

  • Write proposals with input from all relevant expertise in compliance with Oracle standards.
  • Present proposals to clients and manages them through the client approval process.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and key contacts in the account(s).
  • Produce regular and accurate forecasts as requested by the regional Consulting Sales Director.
  • Obtain appropriate management approval for proposals.
  • Ensure the contracts are legally compliant and commercially viable.
  • Manage the execution of sales activities (e.g. demos and presentations).
  • Hand over responsibility for delivery to Delivery Management and monitors the delivery progress.
  • Feed back on consultants’ performance to Delivery management.
  • Research and communicate current industry trends, drivers and potential.
  • Maintain a breadth of knowledge of Oracle's products and services.
  • Operate in line with Oracle business processes and procedures.
  • Qualifications

  • several years of professional experience and knowledge of selling / delivering Applications / Technology consulting services to customers.
  • Business process and solution architecture knowledge.
  • Implementation project experience with standard software solutions.
  • Results orientation.
  • Good verbal and written Arabic and English.
  • Good communication skills (both for internal and external clients).
  • Team working oriented.
  • Proven successful solutions (project and or services) oriented sales.
  • Influencing and negotiating.
  • Strong Business and Customer Focus.
  • Detailed Description and Job Requirements

    Responsible for sales of Oracle consulting services.

    Responsible for selling the Oracle consulting services. Develops new accounts and / or expands existing accounts within an established geographic territory, industry, product segment, or channel.

    8-12 years of relevant field sales experience. Able to develop strong internal relationships. Able to network and develop strong business relationships with customers such that they turn to Oracle for their resource needs.

    Able to generate leads and submit proposals to the client utilizing a broad knowledge of Oracle service offerings. Able to generate consulting services and nurture and close the transaction.

    Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical / business skills in area of specialization.
