Job Description

  • Perform all the necessary administrative work for Talent Management.
  • Handling all the activities of Industrial Institutes trainees such as SPSP. That includes preparing intake requirements, ensuring appropriate induction, close monitoring for their academic performance, handling invoices, GOSI & HRDF data entry, and providing appropriate reports to Management.
  • Participating in meetings representing and presenting the Talent Management views on specific employee relations’ problems.
  • Ensuring that individual Training profiles are maintained to track the Training and Development history of each employee and reporting progress of trainees to the Management.
  • Responsible of the reporting and updating of all Talent Management functions in HR COMPASS including Goals, annual appraisals, mid-
  • year appraisals, and 9 box evaluations.

  • Monitor and follow up on the implementation of Employee Development Plans, take corrective actions wherever necessary and provide reports to management from time to time on progress.
  • End to end coordination of the Graduate Development Program.
  • Coordinate the NEOP.
  • Handle the insurance, cronos, and provide the necessary support to other HR functions when needed and approved by TM manager.

  • Consulting, interpersonal, analytical and influencing skills.
  • Computer applications skills
  • Bachelor Degree in HR or related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a Talent Management or Training function
  • Strong Communication skills (English Language)
  • MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
