We are currently sourcing a Senior Accountant to join our team in Al-Khobar Saudi Arab.

  • At this time, we will only consider applications from Saudi Arab citizens .
  • Detailed Description

  • Responsible for timely and accurate input of data in the accounting system.
  • Supervising the accountants in their roles and making sure the data input by them is accurate.
  • Check, input and ensure for accuracy of monthly accruals, prepayments, project accruals and other provisions.
  • Check and ensure the Lumpsum contract revenue is generated as per IAS norms and group guidelines.
  • Prepare monthly Financials pack for review of FM.
  • Input the monthly Financials’ figures in Group consolidated system within the pre-set timelines.
  • Review monthly Bank account reconciliations of all Bank accounts.
  • Verify monthly Withholding tax payments report received from Payable accountant and forward to FM and ensure the accuracy of tax provisions.
  • Verify monthly VAT payments and reconcile to G / L.
  • Prepare monthly / quarterly Cash flow analysis for FM review.
  • Send / Obtain and verify monthly Intercompany balances confirmations and ensure accuracy.
  • Ensure balances of Fixed Assets, AP and AR is reconciled with GL in Navision.
  • Being involved in internal and external audits as and when required.
  • Being involved in Budgeting / forecasting process as required.
  • Other activities / need basis as required by Finance Manager.
  • Job Requirements

  • Professionally qualified or partly qualified seeking Certificate qualification. (CMA, ACCA, CIMA)
  • At least 4-5 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Experience of working in Oracle ERP environment.
  • Good excel analytical and communication skills.
