Job Purpose :
Responsible for the HR related administration of the Company to provide specialist HR support and a professional HR service.
Acting as Deputy to Head of HR when necessary.
Job Responsibilities :
Compiling the company's staff requirements.
Drafting / updating job description according to specific needs.
Supervising the development of Saudization ratios and raising recommendations for senior management in this regard.
Developing a recruitment plan, in line with Saudization requirements.
Controlling job applications of candidates, job advertisement.
Responsible for induction / on boarding program.
Following up on annual performance review (coordinate meetings between Head of HR and Heads of department)
Coordinating with managers and collect their feedback for promotion plans in the different departments.
Developing training and development plans based on managers recommendations and submit them for approval to the Head of HR.
Supervising the implementation of the training according to the approved plan, by evaluating achievements for each trainee.
Responsible for external communication, interaction, partnership with Universities, HRDF and public training centers.
Responsible for internal communication within the Company
Responsible of SURE Reporting and other Company’ requirements.
Job Requirements :
Extensive experience in a similar HR position
Strong understanding of the Saudi labor law
University education in a related field (baccalaureate degree)
Experience of working for a foreign-owned company in Saudi Arabia.
5 to 7 years’ experience in Human resources.
