They are looking for a Human Resources Manager who will be responsible to develop, originate and lead Human Resources strategies, practices and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented, high performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity and standards, goal attainment, recruitment, retention and ongoing development of a superior workforce.
RESPONSIBILITIESProvide the lead role in the formulation and delivery of the HR strategy and key long- term employees objectives.
Develop the Organizational Structure, Grading System and Table of benefitsCoordinate with other Executive Managers and Departments’ Managers in making recommendations to the management for needed changes or additions to HR policiesDevelop and Maintain a manpower plan & budget that supports the Company strategic planImplement the manpower planning process in order to recruit, train, and move into production the required numbers of employeesPlan and lead the implementation of the performance appraisalIdentifying training resources (training modules & materials) necessaryDevelop and implement an employee communications program, which will encourage open discussions to emphasize such issues as training, safety, and productivityResponsible for following up and advise other managers & supervisors in handling employee related mattersand other HR related work.
