On behalf of a global retailer we are seeking a talented and experienced Director of Administration Based in Riyadh you will provide general management and operational oversight for the Administration Department to ensure the organisation has all the necessary administrative support to achieve its business objective and plan in accordance with the corporate objectives strategies and plans Provide regular updates and information to leadership about any new or changed laws and or regulations which might impact the business Manage allocated annual departmental budgets Develop implement and monitor objectives and KPI s that are aligned with business goals and identify and allocate the resources necessary to support the department strategic plans and objectives Regularly review and update the Administration Department policies and procedures Ensure that all administration systems are implemented optimally consistently and efficiently and make sure that concerned employees have the required skills knowledge and tools Identify and recommend new administration systems processes and policies Manage all company insurance policies i e Property Vehicle and Health Monitor and oversee the overall operation of the Administration department and ensure that it is providing the required support for the business to achieve its objectives Effectively oversee the performance of the logistics services in charge of coordinating hotel transportation requirements for office and air ticketing for all organizations employees Ensure effective facilities management and provision of office support services to meet the Companys requirements Ensure continuous supply of essential services such as water electricity telecom etc for both employee accommodation and office stores Monitor evaluate and approve relevant service provider contracts such as maintenance contracts insurance and car leases Oversee and monitor office housing and vehicle management activities Monitor and ensure that relevant employee and business documents are renewed prior to expiry and are maintained and kept in high custody Maintain cordial relationships with governmental bodies and oversee and facilitate all governmental transactions relating to employee and business documents to ensure they are obtained on time Ensure that new building permits services and restaurant operating licenses are obtained before the actual ground break and or opening dates Monitor HRDF funding and GOSI calculation payments Monitor all government municipality penalties payments to minimize costs and ensure on time payments People Management
