An exciting opportunity is available for Specialist II, HR Information System, based in Riyadh and will reports directly to Head of HRIS
Acts as the HRIS specialist and go to person in relation to technical and / or systems information.
Handle Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), develops, implements, and modifies system requirements as instructed.
Emphasis on continuous improvement and business information
Assists in drafting any required procedural or work instruction documentation
Provides expert systems administration and monitors day to day systems operation for the HRIS.
Supports routine test scenarios and train users on the HRIS
Works closely with HRIS team members and other teams to ensure the HRIS data accuracy
Creates and distributes reports to support HR operations
Supports in maintaining consistency and integrity of the HRIS through oversight and routine problem resolution.
Maintains strict confidentiality of employee information
Qualification and Requirements :
1-2 years’ experience with Advanced Degree is desirable
University degree in information management system
business knowledge and financial acumen preferred
Strong knowledge of Information Systems
