As a successful candidate you must hold at least a Bachelors degree in a HR-related discipline from a recognized and approved Institution.
An advanced degree is preferred.
You must have at least five years experience working as an executive coach.
You must have at least five years experience in a leadership position.
You are able to demonstrate deep understanding of coaching concepts and their practical application in the workplace and have a minimum Coach Certification at ACC level (or equivalent).
