Job Responsibilities :

  • Manage the invoicing process for the IT department.
  • Prepare and assemble meeting agendas and presentation documents.
  • Overall administrative duties for the IT department of the organization.
  • Support IT operation plan.
  • Develop and maintain project timelines.
  • Schedule, plan and organize meetings.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and Special projects as assigned.
  • Execute Project Plan.
  • Execute training Plan.
  • Coordinating project schedules, resources, equipment and information.
  • Liaising with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives.
  • Ensuring that clients’ needs are met as the project evolves.
  • Perform other ad-hoc projects or tasks as assigned.
  • Assists for executing budgeting IT expenses, including the purchase of new equipment and software.
  • Review project requirements, identify interdependencies with internal or external departments or service providers, delegate responsibilities, and ensures that work is completed as needed.
  • Schedule cross-functional meetings to facilitate collaboration.
  • Maintain project-related documentation, including contracts, invoices, or payment records.
  • Work with other ICT professionals to ensure upholding ICT GEMS standards.
  • Implementing ICT policy as per GEMS Technology Plan.
