Create and implement a detailed strategic planning process including : reviewing, understanding the guidelines provided, support Strategy & Planning Manager by collecting the inputs of stakeholders, support the development of detailed strategic objectives and plans, and communicating plans to ensure they have been defined and communicated adequately and in a timely manner.
Monitor staff achievements, perform periodic performance appraisals, and provide guidance, coaching or training to direct reports in performing their delegated duties
Optimise the use of personal and team time / effort in carrying out assigned duties, to ensure work meets agreed standards for timeliness and quality.
Design and create the business plan process by gathering the needed information and work with different stakeholders in order to create procedures for future department business plans.
Work with stakeholders to create departmental business plans according to the business plan process in order to support the creation of the corporate business plan.
Review department business plan results each quarter to ensure targets are being achieved and realign with stakeholde.
Conduct scenario based planning by identifying internal / external factors and then meet with different stakeholders to discuss possible scenarios in order to create alternative courses of action.
Ensure corporate projects are aligned with strategic objectives by validating the benefits of projects in order for the company to continue in the agreed direction of the five year strategy.
Bachelor's degree of Degree in Business Administration or any related subject.
