Saudi Aramco, a fully integrated, global petroleum enterprise, is seeking experienced professionals to join our growing Chemicals Business Organization.
We have an immediate requirement for an experienced New Venture Commercial Lead.

Minimum Requirements :
As the successful candidate, you will hold a bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or a closely related field; an MBA is highly desired.
You will have 15 years of experience in the petrochemicals industry with a significant portion in commercial activities and / or ventures management, including leading negotiations.
You will have awareness of competitive product capabilities of major petrochemical processes and possess strong knowledge of petrochemical applications, regional markets, and global economics.
You will have good communication skills and be comfortable working independently and effectively with cross-department teams and through vertical organizational levels.
Ideally you will have previous leadership experience in petrochemicals commercial and strategy management.
You will demonstrate excellent presentation, interpersonal and networking skills with the ability to interface effectively with internal marketing, supply chain, engineering, R&D, and technical service groups.
International experience is required with Middle East experience preferred.
Part of your role will include business travel both domestically and internationally.
Duties & Responsibilities :
You are required to perform the following :
Lead the technical and commercial developments of major petrochemicals projects, from their inception to construction, when needed.
Liaise with diverse internal and external stakeholders on the development of Petrochemical projects.
Assess the competitiveness of petrochemical plants and product slates, manage commercial, marketing, product logistics and chemical supply / value chain items and related developments for major petrochemical ventures, and lead development and negotiations of agreements for new and existing ventures, including feedstock and marketing agreements.
Support Project development and execution on all commercial, financial and market related aspects and work with R&D on new product and projects developments to assess market and business opportunities and determine the best commercialization route.
Develop position papers about business strategies as part of projects under development or new business ventures and interface with internal stakeholders and gatekeepers such as International Operations, Legal, Strategy & Market Analysis and New Business Development.
Serve as a mentor to support the development of promising young engineers.
