  • Allocate housing quarters to employees as per their accommodation status and ensure regular maintenance of the facilities.
  • Coordinate purchase of furniture and supervise construction of additional units when required.
  • Manage office and accommodation facilities and ensure their cleanliness and functionality all the time
  • Handling local affairs' activities and the relationships with the utility services companies and follow-up on payments for utility bills such as electricity and telephone
  • Supervising the internal and external mail transactions and ensuring timely delivery to concerned personnel
  • Update labour records (No of employees, Saudiazation etc)
  • Represent company in labour related court cases.
  • Ensuring proper arrangements for travelling such as visas, hotel bookings and coordinate with concerned entities regarding implementation of such issue
  • Forwarding hotel and car reservation activities for the region's employees and official visitors
  • Manage the use of company cars as well as the relationship with rent-a-car agencies. And keep records for all cars as well as invoices
