Supervising the internal and external mail transactions and ensuring timely delivery to concerned personnel
Update labour records (No of employees, Saudiazation etc)
Represent company in labour related court cases.
Ensuring proper arrangements for travelling such as visas, hotel bookings and coordinate with concerned entities regarding implementation of such issue
Forwarding hotel and car reservation activities for the region's employees and official visitors
Manage the use of company cars as well as the relationship with rent-a-car agencies. And keep records for all cars as well as invoices
