Purpose The main purpose of this role is to support the ELT team in maximizing profitable sales of English language educational solutions courseware digital assessment etc and PTE to all market segments primary secondary adult etc and across all clients types school universities training centers government corporate within Saudi Arabia and achieving yearly targets Expected to focus his time 50 on ELT and 50 on PTEKey Accountabilities Owning part of the KSA target for ELT sales achieving revenues with the support of ELT team Owning PTE target assessing the different markets segments and engaging in PTE promotion recognition and adoption Ensure full usage of CRM tool data coverage and mapping of key contacts departments and courses for all accounts Reporting and tracking ELT sales by account and product Forecasting and ensuring full visibility Ability to establish maintain and enhance long term relationships with all customers Support customers on best channels to market and work closely with ELT team ad distributors to ensure end to end delivery Able to conduct initial product presentat in and discussion with customers on ELT subject and products including PTEKey Challenges and Responsibilities Working in fast paced and dynamic organization the ability to change and adapt to new ways of working Ability to work in a matrix organization and have ability to galvanize relationships internally and externally to obtain the best outcome There may be tight deadlines from time to time requiring prioritising of work The challenge is to meet and surpass the expectations of our customers whilst retaining a strong focus on the business development opportunities associated with the role Demand for English language is very high in KSA and increasing Pearson is targeting a step change in activity and focus to maximise growth market share and demand for its ELT productQualificationsCompetenciesEssential Target and performance driven Accountability ownership and proactivity self driven Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to manage multiple activities and deliver on deadlines Influencing and negotiating skills Commitment and flexibilityDesirable Good knowledge of ELT Developed sales skills and techniquesEducation Qualifications TrainingEssential Bachelor s degreeDesirable Masters or post graduate qualification Internationally recognised ELT Certification CELTA DELTA or Trinity Diploma Previous ExperienceEssential Account management relationship experienceDesirable Has experience in ELT publishing industry ELT teaching and or training Sales experienceIT LiteracyEssential MS Office suite excel powerpoint word CRM tools
