Provides personal administrative support to the CEO+CHAIRMAN office
Responsible for general communication and projects-based works.
Maintains professional franchise policy towards correspondences abroad.
Maintains a professional company image through in person and phone interaction.
Prepares correspondence, reports, and materials for email, publications, and presentations.
Setups senior Manager travel arrangements.
Setups accommodation arrangements for company visitors.
Maintains CEO's + CHAIRMAN calendar.
Organizes and coordinates meetings and conferences.
Develops and maintain meeting agendas and minutes.
Researches new projects for detailed profile prior to presentation and appointments.
Performs clerical duties : scheduling, writing correspondence, emailing, photocopying, faxing, filing handling visitors, routing callers, and answering questions and requests.
Maintains hard copy and electronic filing system.
Maintains an orderly tracking of courier packages.
Supports for other administrative staff if needed.
Coordinates with foreign embassies for visa applications.
On call, order to prepare the data needed for occasion reports.
