  • Responsibilities :

  • Develops the store management team within the stores to deliver best Quality, Service and Cleanliness and customer experiences in all stores.
  • Drives the implementation of company programs by motivating and supporting the store management team within the assigned stores to develop and implement action plans that meet operational and organizational objectives.
  • Manages through unusual events to keep stores operating to standard.
  • Plans, identifies, communicates and delegates key responsibilities to the store management team to ensure smooth flow of operations in all the assigned stores.
  • Reviews store environments and key business indicators within the assigned stores to identify problems, concerns, and opportunities for improvement in order to provide coaching to the store management team to take action and achieve operational goals.
  • Monitors and manages staffing levels, Ensures employee development in order to achieve and maintain the operational requirements.
  • Identify and prioritize communications and filters communications to the store management team. Communicates clearly, concisely and accurately in order to ensure effective operations at the stores.
  • Accesses external resources to support store operations and to execute organizational initiatives.
  • Ensures adherence to applicable labor law at the stores. ? Solicits customer feedback to understand customer needs and the needs of the local community.
  • Utilizes management information tools and analyzes financial reports to identify and address trends and issues in stores performance.
  • Ensures inventory is well managed at the stores by analyzing the reports and conducting spot checks at the stores. Develops action plans and execute the plans in the stores to reduce the inventory and food cost.
  • Evaluates stores performance using the available tools and co-develop action steps to fix the root causes.
  • Ensures all stores adhere to Food Safety minimums (Organizational and Governmental Policies).
  • Drives Organizational Goals and Target (including Sales and Profits) at the stores.
