Ensures all retail shops staff have personal objectives and KPI’s which cascaded down the department deliverables, regularly reviews performance and provide annual performance rating reports.
Oversee Staff and professional activities of shops operations : salespeople, cashiers, shelf stockers, and other employees.
Recommends an annual manpower power plan and monitor efficiencies in the shops based on customer flow studies and set operating hours.
Plans and monitors training needs, provide professional coaching to Officers / Forman / Team Leaders to ensure that they have the professional capability to fully deliver in their role and that they are working on a personal development plan.
Construct an annual training calendar with the training department and the brands owners and ensure that trainings are delivered as planned.
Monitor and evaluate each employee’s performance and allocate responsibilities as he / she sees fit. Monitor attendance reports on monthly basis and take the necessary corrective actions as needed in alignment with company policy.
Ensure that staff shift roster and vacation plan are in place and oversee strict implementation. Pass on information from upper management to employees and vice versa.
Prepare and submit monthly sales performance reports. Providing regular (monthly) performance reviews and actions required to improve.
Develop and implement performance-based reward program. Ensure adherence to legal company policies and procedures and undertake disciplinary actions if the need arises.
Help the team maintain a comprehensive product knowledge and assess customers’ needs and provide information and assistance on product services and features.
Ensure the proper handling of customer complaints and create a log for top management in order to address treatable issues.
Monitor and ensure that all shops staff are abiding to the dress and grooming policy. Maintain professional conduct and interact politely with all staff and customers, and practice Company policies.
Maintain superior relations with all external Airport personnel and vendors. Support the development of associate 's sales techniques to maximize sales.
Motivates employees and monitors employee satisfaction within his / her area and plans and executes plans to improve it.
