JOB REQUIREMENTS o Bachelor s degree in an engineering subject built environment facilities management or equivalent o Minimum 5 years verifiable experience in Project Management with at least 2 year s experience in a senior capacity and recent work experience in Saudi Arabia o Project Management Professional PMP certified or PRINCE2 certified or other certificates recognised by the Project Management Institute or Association for Project Management o Robust fitout background retail sector preferred o Strong leadership skills o Interpersonal skills initiative analytical thinking decisionmaking and leadership abilities o Very good command of spoken and written English or Arabic o Good knowledge of performance based contracts SLA and KPI regimes KEY TASKS RESPONSIBILITIES o Head up and project manage the execution of the physical fit out works on site to deliver various fit out projects across Saudi Arabia o Manage the relationship and communication process with the client and all stakeholders o Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress o Manage changes to the project scope project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques o Manage master cost plan project cashflow and all associated project finance o Ensure the above project is delivered on time within scope in on budget and to the required quality o Ensure compliance with the client requirements and business needs o Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation o Coordinate the project team s performance throughout all phases of the project in accordance with the terms of the contract and work within the guidelines of the client s and company s related policies o Track Health Safety and Environmental compliance and performance of the project using appropriate KPI s metrics tools and techniques o Manage the handover testing commissioning and building management maintenance prior to completion o Towards completion of each subproject ensure the fit out contractor provided proper handover documentation to the client and their FM provider such as O M manuals as built drawings operating instructions etc o Other subject related duties as appropriate and required ACCOUNTABILITIES o Assign prioritise and supervise projects tasks o Organise participate in and minute client meetings o Submit all deliverables on time and ensure they adhere to the identified quality standards o Ultimate accountability for standards and customer satisfaction on target project o Establish and maintain good working relationships and lines of communication with client and supply chain representatives o Management of staff vendors and supply chain from a service delivery perspective o Strive for continuous improvement in staff technical and management competency o Implement the necessary systems and processes to ensure zero LTI s for the Cushman Wakefield Services personnel and supply chain operatives o Conduct weekly daily team passdown meetings and update staff of major works project activities contract performance and organization goals o Provide effective subject related technical advice and solutions to client o Enforce and adopt safety measures among all subordinates o Assist and support in the Operational execution according to the Contract Documents
