HR OFFICER Job Responsibilities Maintain Employee Database and Assist with day-to-day operations of the H R functions and duties.

Deals with employee requests regarding human resources like (annual vacation, emergency vacation, increment, accommodation allowance, clearance and other important requests) Prepare payroll and timesheet on monthly basis.

Manage the recruitment, selection, and staffing process. Prepare Offer Letter & Agreements. Create employees contracts and monitor renewal to all employees.

Respond to inquiries from managers, supervisors, and employees, investigate complaints and provide for conflict resolution.

Follow up with departments regarding employee issues like (salaries, OT, vacation, benefits, lqama, transfer etc.) Works for final settlement and issue of Experience Certificates after ensuring that the employees owed no dues.

Assist in benefits administration, including enrollments and terminations. Draft HR and admin decisions, letters and presentation in English (For All Internal And External Uses) Performs other task as may be assign by the Country Manager.

  • Job Requirements : Minimum Degree holder; Advance knowledge of HR functions activities Minimum 5 years of working experience in Middle East region as HR;
  • Knowledge and working experience in the heavy lift, heavy haulage, transportation business will be added advantage; Fluency in English and moderate in Arabic Excellent oral and written communications skills Knowledge of the Saudi Labor Law Ability to work professionally on MS applications Dynamic, resourceful with strong determination to succeed;
  • Good leadership and communication skills; Accommodation and transport provided by company; Transferrable Iqama required;
