term organizational strategic goals, build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, negotiate and close business deals and maintain extensive knowledge of current market conditions.

Within areas covered by country Sales teams, and beyond when required by meetings with, or in support of, clients.
Responsibilities, but not limited to :
Achieving the annual sales target.
Responsible for ensuring successful sales operations by developing strategies and targeting new business opportunities.
Interface with other Business Development Associates / Managers and share information regarding sales and market initiatives in pursuit of new business opportunities (new & expanded).
Review strategic plans on an on-going basis with Country Sales Leader.
Coordinates the development and execution of local growth and / or recognition meetings and events in the region.
Searches market size, market dynamics, barriers to entry, emerging technologies, key industry players, competitors, distribution channels, potential revenue / profit and various options available to enter in the new markets.
Market business concepts to prospects / clients by phone or E-Mail.
Assist existing clients with the growth of their business.
Identifying appropriate prospects that meet Willis’s target markets through research.
Gather analysis & disseminates materials on clients, prospects, products & services, competitors and other environmental factors using internal and external resources.
Ensures that sales activity is accurately maintained on the prospecting database.
Update the prospects pipeline.
Assist as a part of main duty in all Business Development activities in and outside the offices as networking opportunities, weekly meetings etc.
Supporting sales activity carried out by Client Advocates and Sales teams.
Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
Excellent communication skills in both Arabic & English.
Ability to interact with various Business Units in pursuit of research and support material.
Ability to carry our research in various business, or legal segments in support of sales activity.
Ability to prepare PowerPoint and Word documents.
Knowledge / Experience : 5-7 years’ experience
