  • Master’s degree in marketing or business administration from a known university Minimum 5 years of experience as Head of Business Development Department preferably in a SERVICES OFFERING COMPANY Ability to meet revenue targets while developing insights into a fast-growing business, working with high-profile corporate clients Strong pipeline management skills;
  • from prospecting new clients through to closing deals Good experience of managing and directing BD team Expert level experience in multitasking with the ability to set priorities as per the given situation Computer literacy including knowledge, experience and competence of CRM application At BIM, we build successful and sustainable enterprises from the ground up by capitalizing on our expertise, resources and network.

    We carefully select, validate and launch bold ideas that are then turned into full-fledged spun-off businesses. We’re looking for someone to lead our business development department which will perform business development for our various ventures.

    Below are some of the activities the BD manager will be involved in : Prepare a BD plan by considering Insights’ services segments and Saudi Arabia’s marketProvide a comprehensive competitor’s analysis including their clientele, offerings, strengths & weaknesses and suggest competitive strategy to increase market share of the companySetting monthly, quarterly and yearly Revenue Targets along with related KPIsDeveloping innovative value propositions and new services as per the market needs by utilizing available digital marketing and direct marketing toolsDevelop a good understanding of the offered services (product knowledge)Identify C-level decision makers at targeted clients and approach them as per BD PlanIdentify the targeted segment for Insights services and evaluate them as per their expected potentialIdentification of business opportunities by searching relevant industries, market databases & other sources of information and locate business deals from potential clientsUse digital marketing (Google Ad words, Social Media, Blogs etc.

  • and other BD tools to support direct marketing effortsInvestigate lost business leads and customer accountsContinually develop Insights brand and build increasing awareness in the marketplaceClose new business deals by coordinating requirements;
  • developing and negotiating proposalsMaintain a good understanding of client business segment and of solutions proposed by the competitionContinuously develop and manage relationships with existing & potential clients, influencers and key stakeholdersResponsible for building clients’ portfolio for recurring business opportunitiesImprove organization reputation in the market by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests;
