Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following :
Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service,particular focus is on the customer, including ensuring guests have everything necessary to enjoy their stay.
Lead and manage all aspects of the Guest Services department and ensure all service standards are followed
Handle guest concerns and react quickly, logging and notifying proper areas
Assist policies, procedures guests regarding hotel facilities in an informative and helpful way
Follow department and service standard.
Responsible for employees who working in customer-facing positions throughout ensuring that guests have overall positive experiences.
With previous Experience in 4 Star Hotel
