Objectives Promote the sale of Controls BMS SCADA Low Current and or Security CCTV Access Controls systems in KSA market at the maximum level of profitability by the development of assigned accounts and territory in the line with the company s sales objectives targets and policies Main Duties Responsibilities 1 Identify opportunities with existing and potential new customers and execute sales plans to promote extended sales coverage 2 Initiate negotiate and close deals and obtain sales orders of key contracts by contacting owner s representatives consulting companies engineers and contractors 3 Coordinate the flow of information for sales activities and transactions including leads orders contracts etc and evaluate data to ensure achievement of goals 4 Identify and manage potential risks relating to contract agreements across customers channels 5 Ensure quality screening of projects and provide meaningful inputs to back office teams 6 Have experiences handling customer in petrochemical and oil and gas segment would be preferred Senior Sales Engineer must continue to serve the customer after the sale and during installation to insure satisfaction and to promote future business Principal Accountabilities 1 Increase market share by proper market penetration of products within KSA 2 Maintain a products applications knowledge to ensure that they are sold properly 3 Coordinate the personal target accounts sales planning and execution 4 Train less experienced Sales Engineers in products solutions and selling skills 5 The accuracy and timeliness of various reports of sales and income as required by company policy
