Job Description

Achieve volume plan by selling all accounts on your assigned route per identified schedule

Sell and Execute all authorized products, packages and promotions

Solicit / sell all marketing equipment & additional selling displays.

Obtain best selling position in the account.

Ensure pricing guidelines are fully executed.

Identify & Solicit new outlet opportunities and source ADR support against these .

Execute direction provided by key account manager with multiple outlet customers (CDAs, Promotions, Equipment, etc).

Merchandize all accounts to Pepsi standards (Ensure all accounts Pepsi standard (3rd Party)

  • Manage stock levels to ensure continuous availability.
  • Work with Merchandisers to execute the Merchandizing Standards established for the market
  • Track & Measure performance :

  • Record accurate measures of performance
  • Participate in problem solving meetings
  • Perform CDA Compliance audits and Price Surveys
  • Working Tools Modern Trade Frontline Selling
