Obtain inquiries from clients and EPC contractors for products under the Transformer Business Unit Portfolio and forward to Sales Support Engineers to quote.
Follow-up with Sales Support Engineers to submit bid documents on time. Follow-up with customers for quoted packages. Collects valuable project information including list of competitors to help sales support team in making strategic decisions.
Prepares Weekly Status Report of the quoted packages. Attend technical and commercial meetings with customers when required.
Provide feedback from any order lost and address as Lesson Learned from each experience. Ensuring that the requirements of ISO 9001 : 2000 are being implemented and maintained.
