Job Description and Requirements
SAR is looking for an executive-level Strategy & Performance Management Manager to join the Corporate Control Division and manage the Strategy & Performance Management Department.
The role is based in Riyadh HQ and reports into the Director of Corporate Control.
Design and implement organizational performance management framework and process to ensure adequate monitoring of performance, and frequently reporting of organizational and initiatives performance
Facilitate cascading of the overall strategy to all functions in the form of strategic objectives, KPIs, targets and strategic initiatives in close collaboration with functions
Hold regular strategy review meetings for all functions to measure their performance against the set targets
Maintain all functions' scorecards alignment whenever corporate scorecard undergo changes or updates
Monitor and analyze overall & functional performance, identify performance gaps and develop corporate performance reports
Participate in formulating strategy and cascade it to ensure each functional area has its objectives and KPIs
Assist in financial budgeting through providing insights and recommendations to the respective functional area
Manage employees; lead by example to ensure good performance and achieving the functional area's KPIs and objectives
Provide recommendations on emerging trends and practices and apply them in the respective functional area
Bachelor's degree in business administration or equivalent
Master degree in business administration or equivalent is preferred
