JOB PURPOSE :
To oversee & review the projects Paperwork and legalities of the contracts to make sure that all terms are tended to fairly.
Draft the commercial tenders , estimate the projects budgets before administrating or awarding the contract.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES :
Draft and review contracts, often adding or changing clauses according to the specifications of stakeholders.
Handle Issues with Contracts to be able to allay the problems that may rise with contracts.
Liaising with many different parties including technical and financial staff, sub-contractors, legal teams and the client’s own representatives.
Calculating projected project costs, commercial bids, tenders as well as salaries.
Develop and maintain client relationship.
Handling claims from Subcontractors for Extension of Time, Compensation for delays, extra cost etc. and preparing counter claim.
Minimum Qualifications :
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Architecture Engineering.
Minimum Experience :
From 5 up to 7 Years of proven experience in the same role, and has Knowledge in FIDIC.
English and Arabic : Advanced.
Extensive experience in supervising Projects to make sure of the contract terms.
Sound Knowledge of preparing contract close-out documents.
Solid understanding of various sales and lease or commercial contracts.
