The Executive Chef will lead and execute the Planning, Directing and Managing of Back of House (BOH) operations at the department he is assigned to, with the aim of developing and sustaining business growth in accordance with the overall strategy of the Company.

Areas that he is expected to be fully engaged at, either directly or in collaboration with other departments, are : "Menue Planning & Engininnering, "Inventory Management", Foo Cost Auditing", Kitchen performance Auditing", "Quality Control & Assurance", "Food Safety & Hygience"
