الرياضRole Summary : SAR is looking for a senior-level Quality & Process Enhancement Manager to join our team in Riyadh HQ to manage and oversee the entire Quality and Process Enhancement Department and its associated activities.

JOB PURPOSECorporate Quality Manager is responsible for Planning and ensuring implementation of all the Quality activities, includes implementation of the following : External communication about the QMSRevision and control of QM ManualReporting the implementation of QM Manual and performance improvements to the CCD DirectorInternal audit and monitoring of the implementation of quality activities of each BUsProject quality assessment and monitoring (venders and subcontractors)Supervision of external surveillances (quality / certification)Internal audit in accordance with the contract requirements of projects.

To fulfill the highest standards of quality for SAR services and implement best practices in quality.MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIESCoordinate the company’s quality program.

Coordinates quality assurance activities while adhering to all policies and standard operating procedures.Work closely with suppliers and contractors in quality control concepts / regulationsDetermine the Acceptance Quality Limits (AQL) levels and techniques for receiving inspection of products / raw materialsWork with Engineering on alternative raw materials, tooling requirements, test plans, and product qualification requirementsCompile quality control reports, create statistical process control metrics,Manage non-conformity material discrepancy reports, assess customer return products with failure analysis, recommend continuous improvement activities, and implement six sigma methodologies.

Support all regulations, policies, work procedures, safety rules, work instructions, and customer requirements.Interpret quality philosophy to key personnel in the company.

Perform quality engineering reviews of design documentation for compliance with supplier quality manuals / procedures.Keep Quality function abreast of significant developments identified during quality control activities.

Apply knowledge of industry quality codes standards to company and suppliers.Assist in implementing quality training programs to key personnel and supply chain partners.

Investigate and record customer complaints regarding product / service performance, specifications, and reliability.Promote and maintain ISO9001 guidelines throughout company departments.

Assist in publishing a Process Improvement Plan and contribute to the Change Control.Support quarter business reviews with key suppliers and customers.

Issue and manage Supplier Corrective Action Reports.Manage the Non-Conforming Discrepant Material system.Participate in the analysis, design, and development of validation / verification testing programs.

  • Assure adherence to international regulations regarding quality.Design and implement organizational performance management framework and process to ensure adequate monitoring of performance, and frequently reporting of organizational and initiatives performanceFacilitate cascading of the overall strategy to all functions in the form of strategic objectives, KPIs, targets and strategic initiatives in close collaboration with functionsHold regular strategy review meetings for all functions to measure their performance against the set targetsMaintain all functions' scorecards alignment whenever corporate scorecard undergo changes or updatesMonitor and analyze overall & functional performance, identify performance gaps and develop corporate performance reportsMANAGERIAL ACCOUNTABILITIESParticipate in formulating QMS and Quality Plans and cascade it to ensure each functional area has its objectives and KPIsAssist in financial budgeting through providing insights and recommendations to the respective functional areaManage employees;
  • lead by example to ensure good performance and achieving the functional area's KPIs and objectivesProvide recommendations on emerging trends and practices and apply them in the respective functional areaMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalentMaster degree (preferably Master of business administration)MINIMUM EXPERIENCE10 years of experience in Corporate QA / QC environment
