Job Responsibilities Managing daytoday operations to support growth and add to the bottom line Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies while providing productive administrative management involving business and financial Tracking of work status and statistics Led and directed the development team to ensure the client s requirements are being achieved with every decision while maintaining an emphasis on product cost Influence and manage continuous improvement of product solution development lifecycle process practices and initiatives Develop and maintain measurements of customer satisfaction and collect and analyze measurements Direct the activities of the help desk team and customer relationship management functions Create and be accountable for all client proposals contracts deal requirements and client s needs and goals Locate or propose potential business deals by contacting potential partners providing good business analysis discovering and exporting opportunities Strong ability to develop business cases through cost modules as well as a strong understanding of information technology Statistics and general business analysis Support and coordinate IT sourcing and vendor management
