JOB PURPOSE :
TheSupply Chain (SC) Technical Training Coordinator will provide support to the SCCF Manager in definingtraining requirements, developing and approving fit for purpose trainingsolutions, whilst maximising operational efficiency and minimising costs.
The SupplyChain (SC) Technical Training Coordinator will also manage communication andcompletion of the competency scoring for the SC employees.
Your Main Responsibilities
SupplyChain Process Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring that the followingis carried out :
Create any documents required for the training area in the SC Capability.
Insure the completion of the competency framework.
Insure the completion of the regular competency scoring.
Tracking and documenting the training given to the SC employees.
Understands the Regulatory Framework and its applicability to the training processes and activities.
Have operational knowledge and understanding of Training and instructional delivery activities, and the business’ key performance metrics.
Understanding of AM&S operations.
Good to strong quantitative and analytical skills / experience, with Lean management principles.
Effective, credible communicator with good interpersonal skills.
Able to analyse and interpret data with a high level of attention to detail.
Comprehensive understanding of current IT software packages used within the Training discipline.
Provides support and guidance to other professionals in area of specialism. Coaches and mentors less experienced team members, conveys complex and difficult concepts, solutions and evolutions in a way that is easy to comprehend and assimilate.
Builds strong relationships within the business, the customer base and suppliers; works with this group, using strong communication skills to impart advice, guidance and convey understanding;
uses persuasion to convince others of appropriate ways forwards.
Support the IT department with any SC related issues.
Manage project meetings
Identify and report technical issues.
Identifies system requirements.
Maintain relevance of all Training on the SC systems.
Support the Supply Chain Capability Development Manager in delivering new systems / capabilities and the associated processes.
Liaise with internal and external customer organisations as appropriate.
Maintain stakeholder relationships attending meetings as required and report daily any issues to the Supply Chain Capability Development Manager.
To deputise for the Supply Chain Capability Development manager in his absents.
Your Skills & Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years Supply Chain, Technical, Engineering or training Experience (Essential)
Supervisory Experience (Desirable)
Expertise in Deployment and Delivery of new capabilities (Essential)
Demonstrable experience and competence in MS Office Work packages (Essential)
Understanding of SMSCMC procedures. (Essential)
Understanding of SMSCMC Supply Chain IT Systems. (Essential)
