Contribute to the implementation of the AZAD’s leasing strategy and objectives in line with the company overall corporate goals.
Ensure that the with the company property management strategy is translated into operational business plans and monitor the performance and execution of those plans in order to achieve functional objectives and deliver the company’s strategy.
Draft and / or review leasing contracts and legal documentations to ensure compliance with KSA’s law and regulation as well as the company’s policies, procedures and conditions of contract.
Co-ordinate with the leasing department lease end dates, contracts extensions, and renewal procedures to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness throughout the lease lifecycle.
Maintain contract logs / register, invoice register, notice register, payment applications and contract correspondence log to ensure adherence to contract stipulations and ease of retrieval when necessary.
Assist in the process of leasing evaluations process in collaboration with finance, property management and legal teams to ensure accuracy and effectiveness of the leasing process at AZAD properties.
Study, prepare recommendation of revised procedures and application forms on leasing and contracts in cooperation with in-charge staff in the department to improve the leasing process in the light of quality and efficiency.
Drive research activities to keep abreast of any legislation and regulation changes pertaining to leasing and contractual legal formalities and ensure that any changes are communicated to relevant internal and external stakeholders.
Administer the leasing contracts approval routing to ensure timeliness and efficiency of the process. Co-ordinate External with : Customers , Brand Partners , Contractors / Suppliers and AgenciesOrganise and supervise the activities and work of subordinates to ensure that all work within the contracts department is carried out in an efficient manner which is consistent with operating procedures and functional policy.
Supervise and evaluate employee’s performance with continuous feedback on their assigned targets and provide development opportunities to maximize potential and engagement of employees through mentoring, coaching and constructive feedback.
Contribute to the identification of the respective employees’ training and developmental needs and bridge the knowledge gaps to ensure continuous progression and high-level of competence within the team.
Follow all relevant functional policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions to ensure that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
Ensure that all relevant periodic and ad-hoc reports are prepared timely and accurately, and meet the department’s requirements, policies and standards.
Ensure compliance to all relevant quality, health, safety and environmental management procedures and controls within a defined area of activity to guarantee employee safety, compliance, delivery of high-quality products / service and a responsible environmental attitude.
Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement and sustainability of systems, processes and practices taking into account global best standards, productivity improvement and cost reduction.
