Position Overview Responsible for Sales and marketing of JAL products and services Essential Job Functions Responsibilities 1 Initiate introduce JAL products and services to customers knowing their requirements 2 Frequent visits to customers for generation of new leads and enquiries RFQs related to JAL business 3 Respond to functional and technical elements of RFQ RFP 4 Attend Job Exmeeting Project kickoff meetings 5 Conduct site visit along with estimation and project teams 6 Close coordination with Proposal and execution team to achieve the deadlines for proposals and projects 7 Responsible for Quotation Bid submission to clients 8 Strong in Aggressive follow ups and negotiations 9 Develop and sustain long term relationship with clients 10 Sales Target attainment of monthly annual sales targets 11 Market knowledge complete and uptodate knowledge of the assigned sales territory 12 Market experience for oil Gas industry Pvt petrochemicals General industry Power Utility sector EPC contractors 13 Liaise with other member of the Sales Team Technical Experts 14 Sharp communication and outstanding interpersonal skills 15 Strong technical expertise on the following areas 16 Testing and communication Services for Substation and Power Plants up to 380 KV 17 Maintenance Services for Substation and Power Plants up to 380 KV 18 Relay and Protection panels up to 380KV 19 SCADA RTU and SOE 20 Substation Capacitor Bank up to 380KV 21 Substation Industrial Electrical equipment s and Component s 22 Comply with company policies guidelines instructions 23 Any other assignment delegated by the company for the successful sales operation 24 Employee shall also carry out any tasks that are assigned by management necessary to fulfill the job requirements REPORTS REQUIREMENTS 1 Status of all leads on weekly basis all leads must be SMART 2 SAP update for all opportunities 3 Critical projects update on weekly basis 4 Competitor information on weekly basis Competencies Computer literate can perform estimation and sales costing proficient in oral and business communications Highly motivated aggressive articulate sales oriented creative team player customer focused results oriented can work long hours to achieve targets
