We are looking to recruit a Civil / Structural Engineer for our In-house role to be based in UAE.
Key Accountabilities of Position :
1.Deliver discipline specific engineering services that meet WorleyParsons, its clients and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements, including :
a)Heavy civil design experience on structures such as bridges, pumping stations and low-rise buildings and basements.
b)Experience of geotechnical issues as they affect the design of structures.
c)Experience of the requirements of other disciplines such as utilities, mechanical and electrical and their interface with the structures.
d)Experience with marine and port infrastructure such as quay walls, jetties, dolphins and pavements would be preferred.
2.Perform discipline specific engineering services such as :
a)Prepare the production of detailed designs and drawings, specifications, data, calculations and reports and follow required checking procedures.
b)Conduct studies, analyses and recommend actions.
c)Participate in relevant meetings and prepare progress reports.
d)Assist during procurement, construction and commissioning activities.
e)Ensure the project scope is clear and that changes comply with project change management processes.
f)Prepare project documentation such as proposals, estimates, budgets and schedules.
3.Maintain good working relationships within WorleyParsons, with its clients and other stakeholders.

About you & Job Specifications
Minimum 3 years’ experience with technical and practical experience in the relevant discipline in the same or similar industry.
Qualifications, Accreditation, Training :
A recognised engineering degree in the relevant discipline or equivalent.
a)Postgraduate qualifications in the relevant discipline; management, project management or supervisory qualifications or equivalent.
b)Working towards Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng / CEng) status.
